You are seeing this because the administrator of this site has configured Anubis to protect the server against the plague of AI companies that aggressively scrape web page data. This can cause, and in fact does cause, downtime on websites, making them inaccessible to everyone.

Anubis is a middle ground. It uses a proof-of-work mechanism similar to Hashcash, originally proposed to reduce email spam. The idea is that for individual accesses, the additional load is negligible, but for mass scraping, it accumulates and makes the process much more costly.

Ultimately, this is a temporary solution so that more time can be spent identifying and recognizing headless browsers (for example, through how they render fonts), so that the challenge proof-of-work page does not need to be presented to users who are much more likely to be legitimate.

Note that Anubis requires the use of modern JavaScript features, which plugins like JShelter will disable. Disable JShelter or similar plugins for this domain.
